DeAngelis Diamond Nears Completion of NCH Baker ED Expansion

NAPLES, FL. DeAngelis Diamond nears completion of the Naples Community Hospital Baker Emergency Department Expansion project. Renovations and additions have been underway on approximately 39,000 sq.ft. of the existing Emergency Department, which includes the construction of a two-story 20,500 square-feet new expansion with 32 exam rooms, six observation rooms, radiology, medical gas, nurse call, a new elevator, and two new 100-ton air handlers. The project also includes a 18,500 square-feet interior renovation to 23 exam rooms, isolation exam, secure holding rooms, bariatric, radiology, CT scan and six observation rooms. The project will be completed with no impact to the existing day-to-day operations of the emergency department.
