In this session, Dr. LauraAnn Migliore will demonstrate principles of prudent decision-making using principles of evidence-based management and bounded rationality along with some decision-making models to improve the TD professional’s strategic impact to the organization. Using scenario-based examples, LauraAnn will facilitate participant discussion on:
- Data and Information Handling
- Logic and Rationale
- Anchoring to Core Values and Beliefs
The participant-centered dialogue will help attendees gain new insights and expand personal and professional perspectives in the decision-making process, including new techniques.
Her approach will address the ATD Capability Model personal domain and the capability of Emotional Intelligence & Decision Making.
