Diamond Custom Homes names Gabriela Zenuto Director of Business Development
Diamond Custom Homes has appointed Gabriela (Gabi) Zenuto as director of business development, adding the building industry marketing professional to the company’s leadership team as it continues to expand its presence in Southwest Florida’s luxury custom home market.
In her new role, Zenuto will lead strategic growth initiatives, cultivate relationships with clients and industry partners and expand the company’s presence among architects, interior designers and real estate professionals. She will also guide prospective homeowners through the early stages of the custom home building process while overseeing networking initiatives and community outreach efforts.
Working closely with Diamond’s executive leadership team, Zenuto will identify new business opportunities, represent the company at industry events and association meetings and develop programs that enhance the client experience from initial introduction through project completion.

A Naples native, Zenuto has spent her career working within the industries that define Southwest Florida’s luxury residential market. Most recently, she spent five years with a local real estate advertising agency, advancing from account coordinator to senior account manager where she developed strategic marketing and communications programs for luxury homebuilders and related businesses serving the high-end residential market.
Her professional experience has given her a comprehensive understanding of the collaborative process behind custom homebuilding, from land acquisition and architectural planning to interior design, construction and client services. Growing up in a family that owns a local electrical contracting company serving residential and commercial builders further deepened her understanding of the building industry and the relationships that drive successful projects.

Beyond her professional experience, Zenuto is an active leader within the Collier Building Industry Association (CBIA) where she was a member on the association’s Sales & Marketing Council. She has also served as both co-chair and chair of the highly successful Parade of Homes Committee. She has been selected to chair the committee again for the 2027 Parade of Homes, one of Southwest Florida’s premier annual showcases of luxury residential construction.
Zenuto earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Public Relations from Florida Gulf Coast University and a master’s degree in media and communications from Florida State University. After graduation, she taught undergraduate communication courses, including public speaking, at Florida State University.
