Naples, Fla. (January 27, 2021)— Naples luxury homebuilder Diamond Custom Homes today announced the appointment of John Bill to the position of superintendent.

Bill has more than 22 years of experience in residential and commercial construction supervision and onsite construction management including scheduling, monitoring and inspecting all work from start to customer orientation. He previously served as superintendent for a custom homebuilder, where he was responsible for subcontractors and all activities onsite for single-family and commercial projects.

“We are pleased to welcome John to our team,” said Diamond Custom Homes President Michael Diamond. “His managerial experience and successful work on highly complex residential and commercial projects make him an asset to our company.”

Bill is a Florida-licensed building contractor and attended the Cam Tech School of Construction, Florida’s only traditional exam preparation school for the state Certified Contractor’s License Exam. His extensive management experience includes 15 years with Publix Supermarket, where he was directly responsible for operations in all departments; office accountability and security; customer service and satisfaction; inventory control, credits and ordering of all shipments, and hiring, training and scheduling employees.
