Diamond Custom Homes names Matthew Arcamone as Construction Superintendent

Diamond Custom Homes has announced the appointment of Matthew Arcamone as construction superintendent. Arcamone brings nearly a decade of residential construction experience with a strong background in luxury custom homes, project leadership and jobsite coordination.

A graduate of the New England Institute of Technology, Arcamone holds a bachelor’s degree in construction management and an associate degree in architectural building engineering technology. His experience includes managing high-end residential projects from pre-construction through completion with past roles at Calusa Construction and Gulf Bay Homes in Naples and ERI Building and Design in Connecticut.

Arcamone has overseen multimillion-dollar custom homes and renovations where he was responsible for site safety, scheduling, subcontractor management and quality control. Known for his attention to detail and collaborative leadership style, he has earned a reputation for building strong relationships with clients and trade partners alike.

As construction superintendent, Arcamone will be responsible for managing jobsite operations and safety, coordinating trades and inspections and working closely with project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.
