Naples, Fla. — Luxury homebuilder Diamond Custom Homes has announced the appointment of Sam Heitman to the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
In this executive leadership position, Heitman is responsible for day-to-day leadership and management of the sales division, sales personnel and business development personnel; estimating and plan development collaboration; serving as a liaison with clients during construction; developing and implementing annual advertising plans and budgets; developing and executing the company’s REALTOR® outreach efforts, as well as developing and executing its homeowner referral program.

A native of Miami, Heitman has been a Naples resident for more than 20 years, representing luxury home builders and developers in Southwest Florida’s top golf communities including Mediterra, Grey Oaks and Quail West. He most recently specialized in the Grey Oaks community, where he and his team sold more than $800 million and 243 homes.
