Don Aldridge joins CRE Consultants

CRE Consultants announced the addition of Don Aldridge to its Fort Myers office. Don brings extensive financial and real estate expertise, specializing in multifamily investment.

Aldridge played a key role at The Cates Company, the predecessor to Mid-America Apartment Communities, helping MAA grow into one of the largest multifamily REITs in the U.S. He was involved in billions of dollars in multifamily transactions, served as CFO during MAA’s public offering, and later advised on strategic growth and capital allocation.

In addition to his real estate accomplishments, Aldridge is an active pilot holding multiple ratings and enjoys the challenge, precision and mobility that flying provides.
