Earls | Lappin Team achieves record-breaking southwest Florida residential real estate sales volume
Naples, Fla.— John R. Wood Properties today announced that its Earls | Lappin Team of luxury real estate sales professionals— Bill Earls, Larry Lappin and Aaron Earls —achieved $518,351,000 in closed sales volume in 2021, the highest annual residential real estate sales volume in southwest Florida history.
The team’s top five transactions included a 11,511 square foot, 3.98-acre Gordon Drive compound which sold for $52 million in January and also broke a record for the highest price ever paid for a home in Naples. Its second top transaction was a 10,490 square foot property at 2790 Gordon Drive, which sold for $40 million. The team’s other top transactions for the year were properties listed and/or sold for $39 million (3100 Gordon Dr.), $36 million (2750 Gordon Dr.) and $29.99 million (2050 Gordon Dr.), respectively. These transactions also led the list of Naples’ highest priced residential transactions to occur throughout the year.
