ECS Announces Promotions in Florida

We are pleased to announce the following organizational changes for ECS Florida, LLC effective as of July 4, 2021.

It is with great pleasure and excitement that I announce the following organizational changes and recognize some of our key leaders,” says Subsidiary President Joe Champion. “I’m excited about the growth we’re experiencing and continued success this new organizational structure will lead to for our team’s future.”

 

John Hicks, PE

John Hicks, PE now serves as South Regional Manager. He started his career with ECS in 2004 in Chantilly, moved into the Orlando manager role in 2017, and served as the Subsidiary Regional Manager for Florida for the last year. John will help grow the West Palm Beach office and develop the Ft. Lauderdale/Miami market, in addition to continued support for the Orlando office.

 

 

Cliff Hendrickson, PG

Cliff Hendrickson, PG now serves as Regional Services Manager overseeing growth of Environmental and Facilities services. Cliff has been with ECS since 2002 as one of the original founders of ECS Florida and served in many leadership roles including Orlando Office Manager and Director of Environmental Services for the last several years.

 

Dave Bearce, PE

 

Dave Bearce, PE now serves as Southwest Regional Manager leading the Ft. Myers and Tampa offices. Dave will also lead our Code Compliance and Third Party Inspection services growth plan and evaluate new office locations in the SW Florida market. Dave has been with ECS since 2014 and has been serving as the Tampa Branch Manager for the last 5 years where, under his leadership, it became one of the fastest growing offices each year.   

Joey Broussard, PE

 

Joey Broussard, PE now serves as North Regional Manager supporting the Daytona office, developing Gainesville into a large office, evaluating geographic expansion, as well as continuing to support Brunswick and Jacksonville offices. He will also engage with talent development and acquisition. Joey joined ECS in 2015 through acquisition and has been serving as the Jacksonville Branch Manager since 2019.
