Edison Business Advisors Adds Nine 2021 Business and M&A Intermediary Awards and a New Credential

Edison Business Advisors, the most awarded and highest credentialed business brokerage firm in Southwest Florida since 2014, adds an impressive nine 2021 business and M&A intermediary awards and a M&AMI certification.

The Edison Business Advisors team earned nine 2021 awards from Business Brokers of Florida (BBF), International Business Brokers Association (IBBA), and M&A Source.

Steve Niehaus, MBA, CBI, CM&AP

  • BBF Dealmaker Award for being in the top 50 in sales volume for the State of Florida. Steve completed an impressive $7M in business transactions in 2021.
  • BBF Million Dollar Plus Award
  • IBBA Chairman’s Circle Award for completing $3M+ total transactions.

Eric Gall, MBA, CM&AP, CBI, ABI, M&AMI

  • BBF #1 Top Dollar Producer for the State of Florida Award. This is BBF’s most prestigious award.  Eric’s $32M in business transactions in 2021 placed first among 853 BBF intermediaries.
  • BBF Dealmaker Award for being in the top 50 in sales volume for the State of Florida.
  • BBF Million Dollar Plus Award
  • IBBA Platinum Chairman’s Circle Award for completing $10M+ in total transactions.
  • IBBA Deal Maker Award for completing 10 or more transactions. 
  • M&A Source Platinum Club Award. This is M&A Source’s highest award for completing $15M+ in total transactions.

Eric also received a plaque at the M&A Source conference for having earned his Merger and Acquisition Master Intermediary (M&AMI) designation early in March.  Eric is the only M&AMI in Southwest Florida.  The M&AMI requires meeting education requirements, attending two M&A Source conferences, completing three transactions over $1.5M, and recertification every three years.
