Edison Business Advisors, the most awarded and highest credentialed business brokerage firm in Southwest Florida since 2014, announces the addition of Brian Hardman and Nivedita “Niv” Buzzetta to their team.

Brian Hardman is a registered Florida Business Intermediary.  Brian spent most of his career operating, scaling, and selling small businesses and properties in the United States and abroad. He initially worked for Simon Property Group in Indiana.  In 2009, he successfully renovated and sold The Palladium Flats, a LEED-registered “smart” midrise condominium conversion project in St. Petersburg, Florida.  He relocated to Europe where he successfully managed the purchase and sale of a portfolio of assets exceeding $30M USD for a family office. 

Brian graduated from Indiana University and is a qualified marine engineer. He sits on the advisory board of Meta Entertainment World, is Co-Founder of the #TECHICONS, and is a local angel investor. He is a licensed Yachtmaster and has sailed from over 40 international ports.

Niv Buzzetta is a Certified Business Intermediary – a designation awarded by the International Business Brokers Association.  She started her career as a strategic and relationship management professional at Global Equities Services on Wall Street.  She acquired over 22 years of experience working with international companies listed on US stock exchanges in various industries. Her role included in-depth benchmarking analysis leading to the implementation of strategic initiatives.

Niv capitalized on her corporate skills as an entrepreneur by purchasing a logistics and e-commerce business in Southwest Florida.  She applied her skills in market analysis, business development, and management optimization to grow and eventually sell her business.  As a business intermediary, she helps buyers and sellers in various industries navigate the complexities of market trends and business transactions throughout Florida.
