Leading Edge Benefit Advisors, LLC is offering a Benefits University seminar on Tuesday, March 27th, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Florida Gulf Coast University’s Cohen Center 214, located at 11090 FGCU Boulevard North in Fort Myers. The seminar was originally slated for September 7th, 2017, but it had to be rescheduled due to Hurricane Irma.
The half-day event will provide business owners and human resource executives a practical approach to handling legal issues that may arise within human resources and employee benefits, while also helping employers recruit and retain a superior workforce.

The seminar includes three courses:
1) Course 101: Employment Law Update
Professor: Christina Harris Schwinn, Partner at Pavese Law Firm
2) Course 102: Recruitment & Retention Tactics that Won’t Break the Bank
Professors: Kerri Sisson, Managing Partner at Leading Edge Benefit Advisors, and
Timothy McGee, Senior Advisor at Leading Edge Benefit Advisors
3) Course 103: Employee Benefits Legal Update
Professor: Danielle Capilla, Chief Compliance Officer at United Benefit Advisors

The tuition is $35 per person. It includes a continental breakfast, as well as three Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) continuing education credits.
