• Being committed to a process and being open to input from others who have been there, had similar experiences and might be able to help in ways you didn’t expect.

• Really talk about what’s going on in your business, and moving beyond the typical networking group of just throwing business cards at each other and getting nowhere.

• Expecting outcomes, delivering outcomes
