Notice is hereby given that the Collier County Industrial Development Authority will meet on Monday, February 19, at 9:00 a.m. This will be a Hybrid Remote meeting and it will be held in the Port Room, Naples Bay Resort, 1500 Fifth Avenue South, Naples, Florida 34102. Some of the Board members may be appearing remotely, with staff present in person. The public may attend either remotely or in person.

Remote participation is provided as a courtesy and is at the user’s risk. The County is not responsible for technical issues.
About the public meeting:
Two or more members of the Collier County Board of County Commissioners may be present and may participate at the meeting. The subject matter of this meeting may be an item for discussion and action at a future meeting of those boards, councils or agencies.
All interested parties are invited to attend, and to register to speak. All registered public speakers will be limited to three minutes unless changed by the chairman.
Collier County Ordinance No. 2004-05 requires that all lobbyists shall, before engaging in any lobbying activities (including, but not limited to, addressing the Board of County Commissioners, an advisory board or quasi-judicial board), register with the Clerk to the Board at the Board Minutes and Records Department.
Persons are advised that, if they decide to appeal any decision made at this hearing, they will need a record of the proceedings, and, for such purpose, they may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
