To unite those Florida real estate licensees who are engaged in the marketing, exchanging, appraising, renting, auctioning, purchasing, selling, counseling and leasing for others for compensation the lands, buildings and other facilities involved in the commercial, industrial and investment real estate business and business opportunities.

To foster knowledge, education, integrity and quality workmanship in the fields of commercial, industrial and investment real estate business.

To encourage exchange of specialized information relating to the practice of commercial, industrial and investment brokerage among the members of Commercial Investment Professionals of Southwest Florida.

Breakfast and Networking: 7:15am – 8:00am
Meeting: 8:00am – 9:00am

CIP 2018 Licensed Member Dues with all Meetings Prepaid – $150
This option saves up to $60 a year as compared to paying for Dues Only.

Meetings attended are $5 at the door
