Finalists Announced for 12th Annual Technology Awards

The Southwest Florida Regional Technology Partnership (SWFRTP) has announced the finalists for the 12th annual Technology Awards. A Virtual Event with Real Deserved Awards.

The finalists for the Innovation Award given to a company that has invented or demonstrated an innovative and creative technology solution are My Under-Cover Agent, The Tailored Co., and Golf Life Navigator.

The finalists for the Transformation Award for a business highlighting the use of technology in government, nonprofit, or companies outside the technology sector to address a business or operational challenge are Prime Medical, Golf Life Navigator and Cypress Living.

The finalists for the Leaders in Technology Award which recognizing the leading figures at the forefront of disruption and innovation, playing a central role in helping organizations use technology to its full potential, as well as in the public, STEM programs, sector for the benefit of the SWFL community are Aisha Reed of D and A, LLC, Felix Lluberes of The Ignite Partners, Mike Long of SWFL Sec, and Zarela Graves or SWFL Coders.

The finalists for the Technology Student Award recognizing a high school or college student pursuing higher education or a career in technology are Ava Vellozzi and Autumn Pepper Rhodes for High School category, and Juliene Zappulla and Jesus Paz in the College division.

The SWFRTP will present an inaugural award with the Start Up of the Year recognizing a local startup business with an entrepreneurial spirit that employs forward-thinking leaders, possesses a great work environment, and produces an innovative product that aims to disrupt the market. Finalists include Fieldr Inc, and Two39 Group.

A Leader in Adversity Award recognizes a business professional that took a leadership role and made significant accomplishments for technology, community and or business during COVID-19 uncertainty. This is a unique award to be acknowledged only in 2020 honors Connie Ramos- Williams of Conric PR, Dr. Jim Liu, MD of Prime Medical and Jordan Azio of Emerge.
