Francher joins team at Gulf Coast International Properties

Gulf Coast International Properties announced Nicholas Francher, Realtor, has joined the firm.

Francher spent most of his childhood in Naples, before relocating to Rochester, New York, for his schooling. Growing up with his brother, sister, and parents, he developed a passion for real estate early on, influenced by his father, a successful real estate investor, and his grandfather, who works in commercial real estate. At the age of 20, Francher and his brother invested in their first property in the Finger Lakes region of New York, marking the beginning of his real estate journey.

In 2021, Francher moved back to Naples where he was employed by a large local real estate firm acquiring the knowledge required to become a successful Realtor. A hallmark of his character is providing exceptional service and closely guiding clients through the complexities of the buying and selling process. A skillful negotiator, Francher also has a strong aptitude in executing effective marketing strategies utilizing a wide variety of channels and platforms to maximize a property’s exposure and generate genuine interest. He recently led an inside sales team, supporting ambitious sales targets and strategies, while implementing innovative sales techniques and team management resulting in a strong track record of success.
