Gateway Trinity Lutheran Church Begins Phase III Construction

ADG Architecture, LLC is pleased to announce the beginning of Phase III construction at Gateway Trinity Lutheran Church, located in Fort Myers, FL. ADG has been working with Gateway Trinity Lutheran Church since 2017, first on the campus masterplan through design and construction administration.

Construction on Phase I began in January 2019 and included an interior renovation to the existing classroom building which became the new home of the church’s administration area. Phase II of the renovation of the church included the addition of a new 500 seat sanctuary and multi-purpose area that spans around 13,000 square feet. The final phase, which is expected to be complete in April, is an interior renovation of the old sanctuary that will become the new Sunday School area and a smaller, multi-purpose gathering area. ADG also provided interior design services to Gateway Lutheran Trinity Church by selecting different materials that would enhance the architectural elements of the renovated spaces.

The design and configuration of the church, proposed by ADG, allowed for the church to be able to continue to operate throughout each phase of construction, which was performed by Owen-Ames-Kimball (OAK).
