GMA completes construction services for Physicians Primary Care in Estero

GMA Architects & Planners has completed design and construction administration services for Physicians Primary Care in Estero.

Located in the Houck Medical Office Building at 10200 Acros Ave. in Estero, the 8,313-square-foot facility has pediatric care and an adult physician’s care offices, 14 exam rooms, four doctor’s offices, wellness and nurse practitioner’s offices, and manager, financial and clinical offices. Also included is a check-in/out area, waiting room, IT closet, several corridors, and restrooms and janitorial rooms.

GMA handled construction contract administration throughout the project, working closely with the client to ensure code compliance and usability, and designing spaces and functions to suit the practice. Complete lighting, flooring, wall finishes and doors were included.
