Greater Naples Chamber appoints Lisa Gruenloh as interim chief of staff

Lisa Gruenloh has joined Greater Naples Chamber as the interim chief of staff. In this part-time, interim role, Gruenloh will support the CEO and team, important strategic initiatives, provide operational oversight, and co-create a dynamic culture and cohesive, purpose-driven team to ensure long-term stability and success.

As founder of Purpose Journey Consulting, Gruenloh specializes in culture development that builds and sustains high-performing and high-functioning teams and implements processes, systems and tools that embed “emotionally intelligent execution discipline” for lasting positive impact. Gruenloh pays special attention to supporting people at all levels with the behavioral and mindset skills necessary to build trust, navigate change and uncertainty, enhance well-being, and experience meaning, connection and joy in their work.

Over a 30-year career, Gruenloh has served in leadership roles in a wide variety of corporate, government, nonprofit and consulting organizations throughout the country. Gruenloh shares her expertise in leadership, communication, relationship and coalition-building, advocacy, and well-being for the benefit of numerous local, national and international organizations. Among the many local organizations Gruenloh serves include David Lawrence Centers for Behavioral Health, Lee Health Healthy Life Center, the Red Cross and Collaboratory. In 2023, Gruenloh was one of eight coaches globally appointed to the ICF Foundation Council of Ambassadors, fostering coach engagement with ICF’s social impact initiatives.
Gruenloh is a longtime Greater Naples Chamber member and a 2023 graduate of Leadership Collier. Gruenloh was the 2023 recipient of the James V. Mudd Award from the Leadership Collier Foundation, which recognizes an outstanding community leader who models integrity, inclusive results-orientation and selfless community service.
