Gulf Western Roofing names Brian McCarthy as Central Florida Operations Manager

 Gulf Western Roofing announced the appointment of Brian McCarthy as Central Florida operations manager, bringing more than 15 years of experience in operations management, field supervision and construction leadership to the company’s Central branch.

McCarthy will oversee daily field operations, managing superintendents and crews for commercial projects, new construction, re-roofs and custom home builds. He will work closely with the commercial manager and inside operations manager to enhance efficiency, maintain safety standards and reinforce the company’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

McCarthy has a background in operations and facilities management, scheduling, productivity optimization and customer service. In previous roles, he has successfully led teams, improved production processes and maintained high standards in field operations.
