Harbour House Naples submits plans to City of Naples Design Review Board
Harbour House Naples, an exclusive new luxury condominium development planned for 1624 Gulf Shore Boulevard North, has officially submitted its architectural and landscape plans to the City of Naples Design Review Board.
This milestone marks a significant step forward in the transformation of one of Naples’ most iconic waterfront addresses. The property, formerly part of the Naples Harbour Club cooperative, was severely damaged by Hurricane Ian’s storm surge in 2022. In 2025, the property was purchased by a Southwest Florida-based development group, making this the final cooperative site along the famed “Miracle Mile” to be revitalized following the hurricane.
The proposed plans for the site, created by MHK Architecture with landscape design by Outside Productions International, serve to create a collection of 14 boutique single-family style residences coupled with all the ease of condominium living. Each will feature private garages, personal elevators, and generous outdoor living spaces with pools and/or spas. Residents will also enjoy access to a bayfront pool, an over-water dock lounge area and the opportunity to purchase limited boat slips with direct Gulf access.
“We’re thrilled to move this project another step closer to reality,” said Parker Borelli of Borelli Construction of Naples, the project’s developer. “Our goal is to bring a modernized luxury lifestyle to Gulf Shore Boulevard while preserving the small-town charm that makes Naples so special.”
Positioned within walking distance of Lowdermilk Park, as well as Charleston Square, and just minutes from Fifth Avenue South, Harbour House will offer residents a rare combination of coastal tranquility and urban convenience. Surrounded by premier new developments such as the Four Seasons Resort and Rosewood Residences, Harbour House is poised to become the crown jewel of Gulf Shore living.
