HBK CPAs & Consultants announced the appointment of Michael DeLuca as National Head of Industry and Advisory Services and Elena Ramos as Naples Market Leader, marking significant leadership moves as the firm evolves its organizational structure to better serve clients through specialized industry expertise.
The appointments are part of HBK’s strategic transition from a traditional office/region model to an industry-focused Solutions Groups structure, designed to position the firm as premier industry specialists while creating enhanced career development opportunities for team members.
Michael DeLuca appointed National Head of Industry and Advisory Services
DeLuca, who continues as a member of HBK’s Executive Committee and Director of the Florida Region of HBK Healthcare Solutions, brings extensive expertise in strategic business consulting and healthcare industry specialization to his expanded national role. Since joining HBK in 2013, he has built a distinguished career serving large privately held corporations, partnerships, small to middle-market businesses, and high-net-worth individuals.

Elena Ramos named Naples Market Leader
Ramos, who started her career as an Intern with HBK in 2011 and named a Principal in 2022, has been appointed to lead the firm’s Naples market operations. Her extensive experience in accounting, taxation, general consulting, and tax planning has made her a trusted advisor to small- to medium-sized businesses, individuals, and high-net-worth families throughout the region.
