Healthcare Network Receives a Public Relations Society of America Award of Commendation

Naples, Fla. – Healthcare Network, a nonprofit organization working to ensure primary medical care is accessible to everyone in the community, was recognized with an Award of Commendation for its 2021 End of Year Campaign by the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) during the annual PRSA Sunshine District Conference.

With assistance from a local marketing agency, Priority Marketing, the Healthcare Network marketing team developed an investor relations campaign that resulted in a 271% increase in end of year donations. The goal for the campaign was to raise $45,000 in 45 days, tying in the organization’s 45-year anniversary. The comprehensive campaign included tactics such as direct mail, developing a website landing page, digital ads, email marketing and social media, which generated $133,206.35 in donations and nearly doubled the number of donations from the previous year.

“We are thrilled to have been recognized for this award. The work of Priority Marketing and our team to create this extensive and thorough campaign has been outstanding,” said Julie Pedretti, vice president of external affairs for Healthcare Network. “Growing our donations from $35,893 in 2020 to $133,206.35 in 2021 demonstrates the impressive work and strategy to conceptualize, plan and execute the End of Year Campaign.”
