Heatherwood Construction Company completes renovation work for Stantec

Naples, FL  – Heatherwood Construction Company recently completed renovation work on Stantec’s new corporate headquarters in Naples. The project included installing theatre-type acoustical tiles, a new IT room, kitchen upgrades, modern LED lighting and new flooring.

Heatherwood Construction Company, led by project manager Jo Lucarelli, upgraded a building which had previously been the site of another engineering firm. The new tiles will help provide sound cushioning. The new IT room provides more functional space for Stantec’s equipment and employees. Besides the flooring, Heatherwood also installed new cabinetry in the kitchen. The project’s architect was PK Studios.

Stantec is an engineering firm, which features a diverse portfolio. The company provided infrastructure designs in several residential communities such as The Brooks and Heron’s Glen, as well as roadway designs for major projects along Colonial Boulevard, I-75 and U.S. 41. The company also plans parks, pedestrian-friendly corridors, streetscapes, and sustainable development. Stantec moved into its new headquarters last year.

“Working with PK Studios and under Jo Lucarelli’s guidance, we delivered a much more desirable working environment for Stantec,” said Walter Crawford, president and CEO of Heatherwood Construction Company. “This is the type of project where our expertise pays off for the client.”
