Heatherwood Construction continues to grow, welcoming three new members to construction team
BONITA SPRINGS, FL – The Heatherwood Construction team continues to grow with the addition of a new Project Manager, a Project Superintendent and an Assistant Superintendent. Jo Lucarelli is a Project Manager who brings over 25 years of construction experience with a wide variety of project types, including medical, restaurants, multifamily and office. Lucarelli will be responsible for daily onsite supervision of Heatherwood Construction projects, including quality control, safety, security, project closeout, and transition planning. She has served as a City Commissioner in Lake Mary, FL and has won many community awards.
John Slone has joined the team as a Superintendent. Slone has over 35 years of experience in the construction field and has extensive experience in industrial, assisted living, retail, medical and retail construction. Among many accomplishments, John has earned his OSHA 30 hour certificate.
Also added is Erik Squibb who is a recent graduate of the Wentworth Institute of Technology with a degree in Construction Management. Erik will serve as an Assistant Superintendent. Erik has an impressive academic record, as well as experience owning his own company while obtaining his degree.
