Fort Myers – Heatherwood Construction Company recently finished three projects enhancing the amenities at Heritage Landing, a new Lennar community in Punta Gorda.

Led by the Bonita Springs-based team’s senior project manager Rafael Valdes and superintendent Wade Smallwood, a state-of-the-art fitness facility with sauna, a 1,700-square-foot tennis center, featuring six tennis courts and six pickleball courts; and a 2,900-square-foot, entertainment-focused Chickee Bar were built for the enjoyment of residents. The projects were designed by the award-winning team at South Florida Architecture.

“Over the years, Heatherwood Construction has partnered with Lennar in over 10 amenities projects,” said Walter Crawford, President/CEO of Heatherwood Construction. “Lennar places exceptional clubhouses and amenities in all their communities. We are honored to have earned the trust of America’s largest homebuilder and are deeply gratified by their confidence in our ability to represent them.”

Heritage Landing is a new golf and country club community, featuring a mix of multi-family and single-family homes, including terrace condominiums, luxury coach homes and three levels of single-family home designs. The first-class amenities feature the 18-hole golf course designed by Gordon

Lewis as well as a resort-style pool.
