Heatherwood Construction launches a new project in the Florida Panhandle

BONITA SPRINGS, FL  – Kolter Homes engaged Heatherwood Construction to build its new clubhouse called NatureWalk at WaterSound in Walton County, Florida.  With this new project, Heatherwood Construction continues to expand its territory of work beyond Southwest Florida. 

The clubhouse, which is central to the community, will feature a fitness center, a pool and sport courts.  The project began in late July. 

Over the years, Heatherwood Construction has developed a specialty in building amenity centers for communities and continues to grow its reach by creating satisfied customers. Past projects include the WildBlue Sports Center and Guardhouse, The Lakewood National Fitness Center, and Villages of Monterey Clubhouse, to name a few.

For the NatureWalk at WaterSound project, Bob Hermance is the Project Manager and Mario Andre is the Superintendent.
