Ice Cream Shop and Boutique to open in the Ave Maria Town Center

NAPLES, FL. –  Ave Maria, a master-planned community in Collier Country, continues expanding with the announcement of an ice cream shop, Meltz, and Blue, a Goodwill boutique, that will open in the Town Center.  The two new tenants are the most recent commercial additions to the Town Center that has seen an influx of new locally owned businesses opening their doors. The Ave Maria Town Center spans over 100,000 square feet and serves as the central hub of the community with over 40 businesses including restaurants, shops, and services.

The ice cream shop, Meltz, is a family-owned and operated business.  Specialties include premium rolled ice cream, traditional scooped ice cream, milkshakes, banana splits, signature sundaes and crepes. When the Stocton family moved to Ave Maria, they decided to open an ice cream shop in town where families could get together and design rolled ice cream treats. Meltz will be holding their grand opening on Saturday, October 30 from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. and will have complimentary face painting for children from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Located at 5076 Annunciation Circle, Suite 101, Meltz will be open Tuesday through Thursday from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Friday through Sunday from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. Closed Mondays. Blue, a Goodwill boutique, will open its second Southwest Florida location in the Ave Maria Town Center. The upscale boutique features new and gently used items including designer merchandise, apparel, shoes, and accessories for women, men, and children, as well as home décor, artwork, and books. The public is invited to attend the Blue at Ave Maria grand opening celebration on Wednesday, October 27 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Blue is open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is located at 5076 Annunciation Circle, Suite 103.
