Insurance Management Consultancy Group announces training series XCelleration

FORT MYERS — Insurance Management Consultancy Group (IMCG), a leader in concierge claims management services, announced the official kick-off of a new training series, XCelleration.

With a need for leading edge business practices in Southwest Florida, IMCG wanted to provide a way to help clients achieve better results in their personal and professional spaces. Changing the look of future education in Southwest Florida, IMCG will bring in multi-industry leaders each month to share their best practices, operational enhancements and compliance methods. This not only helps local businesses prosper, particularly after a trying year, but paves the way for much-needed innovation, creativity and, of course, results.

“2020 brought many new struggles and difficulties while having to adapt to the new culture that came about from the impact of COVID19,” stated Executive Vice President Anna Evans.

“While many are unsure of the changes taking place post-Covid, the expertise of our team lends valuable knowledge, easing the process of many unavoidable practices that are important to the protection of businesses,” continued Evans.

The team at IMCG has planned an impactful series for the first six months of 2021 to kickstart XCelleration. Taking place on Jan. 27, the first training will cover the who, what, when, how and why of COVID loans and their tax implications. This training will include Cogent Bank Market President, Brandon Box and Consulting Partner at Markham Norton Mosteller Wright & Company, P.A., Karen Mosteller. 1.5 CEU’s will be given from the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) for the January training. February’s training will cover the topic of employee wellness and will partner with mobile healthcare company, WalkOnClinic. The wellness training will take place over two days on Feb.16 and 17, offering the training series one day and access to the mobile healthcare facility the second day. In March, IMCG will host a pivotal XCelleration training, March Modness, on March 17, which will cover OSHA laws and regulations and auto and labor liabilities.

IMCG is offering each course for the low cost of $25. However, each ticket price will be donated to a local non-profit organization in need. For the first quarter of 2021, all ticket proceeds will be donated to Haven of Hope, an organization focused on raising the standard of orphan care worldwide through innovative, self-sustaining strategies and programs for orphanages and the children they serve.
