Integrity Employee Leasing earns Florida Trend’s Best Companies to Work for in Florida

Integrity Employee Leasing, one of the fastest-growing Professional Employer Organization (PEO) companies in the nation, was named to the prestigious “Best Companies to Work for in Florida” list by Florida Trend.

The Best Companies to Work for in Florida is a survey and awards program that honors employers in Florida that are making their workplaces great. This is a project of Florida Trend in partnership with Workforce Research Group.

To be eligible, a company must have at least 15 employees in Florida, but it does not have to be based in the state. Employees were asked to take an anonymous survey that included 72 statements on a five-point scale, two open-ended questions and seven demographic questions. The questions focused on eight themes: Leadership and planning, corporate culture and communications, role satisfaction, work environment, relationship with supervisor, training and development, pay and benefits and overall engagement. This survey determined the top-ranking Florida Trend Places to Work.

“Integrity has proudly built a culture that sustains employee retention,” said Edith Long, executive vice president, Integrity Employee Leasing. “The support from our leaders allows every employee the opportunity to grow personally and professionally. Additionally, Integrity has an outstanding benefits package, a strong focus on continuous commitment to team collaboration, professional development, transparency, employee satisfaction and fun.”

Giving back to the community is among the criteria for earning the award, and Integrity recently established the Integrity Charitable Foundation to provide financial support for various nonprofit organizations who have a positive influence and impact on the community.

“We are honored to rank among the Best Companies to Work for in Florida and we are committed to making a difference for our employees as well as within the communities where we live and work,” said Robert Hensley, CEO of Integrity Employee Leasing. “In addition to all the great benefits we offer our employees, such as employee concierge services, workplace celebrations or counseling classes, we have an active employee volunteer program, host food and toy drives and provide opportunities for charitable giving. By establishing the Foundation, Integrity Employee Leasing’s employees, as well as its clients, have the option to participate in tax-deductible donations through payroll deductions and individual contributions. I believe that our employees have responded positively to this opportunity, as well as to our continued focus on professional growth, work-life balance and commitment to our core values.”

Since 2004, Integrity Employee Leasing has helped businesses grow by handling human resources including payroll, benefits, compliance, risk management and more. This year, Integrity forecasts its managed payroll to again grow by double-digit percentages. The company has nearly 50 internal employees and more than 15,000 leased employees across 18 states.
