Iron Ridge Insurance Services expands team

FORT MYERS, Fla. – Iron Ridge Insurance Services is strengthening its commitment to its customers by adding to its team of professionals. Two new team members, Sandy Chinault, ARM, and Jason Farrell have joined Iron Ridge, while another, Stacy Howard, has been promoted, as the agency continues to expand its presence in Southwest Florida.

Headquartered in Fort Myers, Iron Ridge is a boutique independent insurance agency that serves both personal and commercial clients. It places particular focus on condominium and homeowners’ associations, legal practices, healthcare providers, architects and engineers, and religious organizations.

As a Senior Account Executive, Chinault will focus primarily on serving condominium and homeowners’ associations. She possesses an Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation, a nationally recognized program developed by the Insurance Institute of America. Chinault also holds a Florida 2-20 Property and Casualty Agent License. She is a graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.

Farrell joins the Iron Ridge team as Account Service Assistant. He has more than a decade of experience as an instructor and tutor, making him well-equipped to offer outstanding customer service to Iron Ridge clients. Farrell holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Miami (Ohio) University and a Master of Arts in English from Texas Tech University.

Howard has been promoted to the position of Account Manager. In her new role, she will be responsible for providing risk management solutions for personal insurance lines, including homeowners, flood, recreational vehicle, and watercraft policies. Howard, who was instrumental in her previous role as Account Service Assistant, holds a Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License from the Florida Division of Insurance Agent and Agency Services.
