Iron Ridge Insurance Services expands with acquisition of Grace Insurance Agency

FORT MYERS, Fla. – Iron Ridge Insurance Services is pleased to announce its acquisition of Grace Insurance Agency, a boutique agency offering retail and commercial insurance solutions. The corporate acquisition is the third in the last 15 months for Iron Ridge, which has more than doubled in size over that same period.

In conjunction with the transaction, Grace Insurance Agency owner David Morales will transition to the Iron Ridge Insurance team as Client Advisor. Morales, who is trilingual in English, Italian and Spanish, has demonstrated his proficiency in commercial, personal, and insurance sales and service for more than a decade. He also has experience as a home inspector. Morales is a U.S. Navy veteran who served eight years as a Hospital Corpsman and Preventive Medicine Technician.
