Isabell Askar and Noah Fulop join Gulf Coast International Properties

Gulf Coast International Properties announced Isabella Askar, Realtor, and Noah Fulop, Realtor, have joined the firm.

A Birmingham, Mich. native, Askar moved to Naples in 2012. She is a graduate of Community School of Naples, and the University of Miami, where she earned a bachelor of science degree. She holds her Juris Doctor law degree from Ave Maria School of Law.

Askar spent several years as a law clerk for law offices in Naples and Miami where she gained experience in civil litigation with cases involving homeowners’ association disputes, construction law, and general business practices. She honed her professional and client service skills in this environment, before pivoting to real estate, her true passion.

Growing up in Naples, Askar has an inherent knowledge of the town, including an understanding of the local luxury market and ultimately, what makes Naples such a special place on the map. With an enthusiastic work ethic and a desire to help people, Isabella looks forward to guiding clients to achieve their real estate goals.

Fulop grew up immersed in the world of real estate in Naples, with both parents carving out careers in the industry. From a young age, he was surrounded by open houses, contract negotiations, and the details of property deals. Now, following in their footsteps, Fulop has officially joined his dad, Shaun, in the high-end luxury market. With a deep understanding of the local landscape and a passion for helping clients find their dream homes, Fulop brings forth a fresh perspective and a lifetime of real estate knowledge.

Early in his career Fulop gained experience at a proprietary trading firm. He then pivoted to real estate and earned his license. As a resident of our area for his entire life, he has extensive local market knowledge and inherently knows the fabric of Naples, contributing to a deep-rooted love for our special town. His early exposure to real estate instilled in him a deep appreciation for the field and an excellent understand of what it takes to be successful in Naples’ luxury market.

Fulop holds the distinction of one of the firm’s youngest employees as he started window washing for GCIP at the age of 12. A driven and ambitious individual, he now looks forward to contributing to the team in a professional capacity and looks forward to growing alongside the talented group.
