Jeffrey Gazlay of Paul Homes of Florida earns his Brokers License
President of Paul Homes, Bob Knight, announces New Home Sales Specialist, Jeffrey Gazlay, has earned his Brokers License, and is now a Broker Associate for Paul Homes of Florida and Paul Realty.
In order to obtain a Brokers License, real estate associates must complete a 60+ hour course and pass a state exam. Achieving this certification is further evidence of Jeffrey’s commitment to his career and his clients.
“I set goals for myself to be the best I can be, so I can decisively guide my customers as they make one of the biggest investments in their lives,” states Jeffrey.
In addition to the required real estate continuing education classes, Jeffrey has obtained several certifications and recognition awards, including: TOP GUN Certification, Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP), Graduate, REALTOR Institute (GRI), and numerous Gold and Platinum Awards for sales volume from the Lee County Sales and Marketing Council.
President Bob Knight says, “Jeffrey’s motivation to ensure he is advancing his education and serving his clients in the best manner has been very impressive. We are fortunate to have him represent Paul Homes of Florida and Paul Realty. I encourage and support all of our team members to further their knowledge so they can be the best of the best in our marketplace.”
Jeffrey joined Paul Homes of Florida in 2001 as a New Home Sales Specialist, focusing on new construction. A transplant from New York, he understands first-hand why this area is so attractive to northerners. To date, he has guided hundreds of clients through the home building process. Jeffrey concludes, “I look forward to getting to know each client and making their Florida dream come to life.”
Jeffrey and his wife Niska are business partners and have been in Cape Coral since 1994. Paul Homes has been in business since 1985, building dream homes for more than 500 clients.
