Jeffrey Lesek promoted to Human Resources Director at Vineyards Country Club

Naples, Fla. (January 24, 2023) — Vineyards Country Club today announced the promotion of Jeffrey Lesek to the position of human resources director for the master planned community.

“Jeff’s contributions to human resources management have proven instrumental to our continued success,” said Vineyards Country Club Chief Operating Officer Paul Malonson. “He is an essential member of our team, and we are pleased for him to assume full leadership over our human resources functions.”

In this new role, he is responsible for leading the human resources function with the purpose of creating and implementing policies and best practices aligned with the club’s strategic goals. Lesek oversees the entire spectrum of human resources functions, building effective and productive relationships, and reviewing, formulating and implementing human resources policies and procedures while ensuring legal compliance. His responsibilities also include managing Vineyards Country Club’s human resources activities, including benefits administration; employee recruitment, selection and orientation; employee relations; onboarding and exit interviews; performance management; employee evaluations; employment law compliance, and other essential human resources functions.
