Joey Gulino joins retail team at LQ Commercial

LQ Commercial, a leader in Southwest Florida retail real estate services, adds to a new generation of rising stars by welcoming Joey Gulino.

With over 100,000 square feet in retail sales and leases – including the $5.3 million disposition of a 30,000-square-foot former Around the Clock Fitness facility – Gulino was quickly recognized for swift sales and multi-tenant lease-ups. His expansive network and off-market insight held a key role in expanding the Smash Fitness brand throughout the region.

Gulino’s expertise in negotiations, underwriting, and canvassing results from his rare agent-marketer-owner mindset. He holds both a marketing degree and master’s in business administration from Roger Williams University. Today, he is a tech-savvy partner to landlords maximizing property performance, as well as tenants seeking growth-oriented sites.
