John R. Wood Christie’s announces closed sales volume of $4.1 billion for 2025

John R. Wood Christie’s International Real Estate announced 2025 closed sales volume of $4.1 billion, surpassing its closest competitor by nearly one billion dollars and resulting from 4,252 closed residential transactions*, based on information from the Southwest Florida Multiple Listing Service (SWFLA MLS) for 1/1/2025 through 12/31/2025. This milestone marks the fifth consecutive year the firm has led all residential real estate brokerages in Collier and Lee County residential sales.

The multibillion-dollar company, which joined the Christie’s International Real Estate network in late 2022, is 100 percent owned by the founding Wood family and led by Chief Executive Officer Phil Wood and President Corey McCloskey. It specializes in southwest Florida, conducting business only in Collier and Lee counties.

The company’s most impactful sales in 2025 included the August $22 million sale of a Port Royal residence at 3565 Fort Charles Drive. Another Port Royal residence at 950 Admiralty Parade sold for $16,550,000 in May. Among other significant sales during the year were a Crayton Cove residence at 4377 Crayton Rd. and a Pelican Bay residence at 6958 Verde Way, each selling for $15 million in February.
