John R. Wood Christie’s International Real Estate leads competing brokerages in 2024 Collier, Lee County sales for fourth consecutive year
John R. Wood Christie’s International Real Estate announced 2024 closed sales volume of $4.5 billion, surpassing its closest competitor by more than $1.6 billion and resulting from more than 4,000 closed residential transactions. This milestone marks the fourth consecutive year the firm has led all residential real estate brokerages in Collier and Lee County residential sales.
The multibillion-dollar company, which joined the Christie’s International Real Estate network in late 2022, is 100 percent owned by the founding Wood family and led by Chief Executive Officer Phil Wood and President Corey McCloskey. It specializes in southwest Florida, conducting business only in Collier and Lee counties.

Among the company’s most impactful sales in 2024 were three standout transactions highlighting John R. Wood Christie’s International Real Estate luxury market leadership. The most notable was a 10,520-square-foot Port Royal estate at 3675 Fort Charles Dr. which sold for $36.49 million. Listed and sold by Jane Wood and Emma Beckmann, this waterfront property features five bedrooms, nine baths and resort-style amenities. “This sale exemplifies the strength of Naples’ luxury market and our agents’ commitment to delivering unparalleled service,” said Wood.
Another significant sale was a 7,219-square-foot Port Royal residence at 3787 Fort Charles Drive, sold for $20.7 million. Listed by the Earls | Lappin team, the five-bedroom, seven-bath estate offers elegant design, expansive outdoor living and waterfront views, showcasing the continued allure of the Port Royal community.
Additionally, a newly built 6,155-square-foot estate at 1835 Gulf Shore Boulevard South in Old Naples sold for $17 million. Represented by Meggan Bradley, this six-bedroom, seven-bath coastal home blends modern design with luxurious finishes, exemplifying the high demand for contemporary waterfront living.
