John R. Wood Properties’ 2022 Performance Leads Area Brokerages

Naples, Fl. — John R. Wood Christie’s International Real Estate, southwest Florida’s oldest major real estate brokerage, surpassed all local residential real estate brokerages in 2022 in sales volume, listings sold and total closed units. The firm specializes in southwest Florida, conducting business only in Collier and Lee counties.

Led by President and CEO Phil Wood, recently ranked #134 among the residential brokerage industry’s most influential leaders in the 2023 Swanepoel Power 200, the company reported 2022 written sales volume of $4.7 billion. It also led the two-county market with 2,048 listings sold and 4,203 total closed units in some of the area’s most exclusive neighborhoods.

The company’s top three transactions for the year included a single-family Gordon Drive estate which sold for $29.99 million, a Port Royal residence which sold for $19.9 million and a penthouse condominium on Gulf Shore Blvd. which sold for $16.7 million.
