Naples, Fla. (August 3, 2021)—John R. Wood Properties, the oldest major real estate brokerage in southwest Florida, today announced that from January 1 through June 30, its agents sold more residential listings, closed more units and achieved higher sales volume than any other residential real estate brokerage in the region.
According to Southwest Florida Multiple Listing Service (MLS), the company’s sold listings volume is $1,605,882,505, an increase of $160,214,616 over the sold listings volume of its nearest competitor. It has closed 3,664 total units year-to-date. In terms of total sales volume, John R. Wood Properties is southwest Florida’s leading brokerage by more than $42.3 million.
