Born and raised in Minneapolis, John Ryan brings a wealth of global business expertise to Gulf Coast International Properties. After spending more than 20 years in senior leadership roles within global telecommunications, he has built a reputation as a proven enterprise sales executive with a track record of exceeding $100M in revenue targets and leading six successful exits, including four mergers & acquisitions and two IPOs.

Known for closing multimillion-dollar enterprise deals, expanding international sales teams, and forming alliances with industry leaders such as Microsoft, Ericsson, and top-tier channel partners, Ryan is skilled in managing complex transactions across healthcare, finance, telecom, and federal markets. He has extensive experience in sales, marketing, and business development.

His experience in negotiating contracts, driving financial growth, and executing strategic plans easily transfers into his real estate practice, whether guiding corporate relocations, advising on luxury properties, or connecting clients with opportunities that align with their goals. With business experience in 42 countries, Ryan offers a global perspective that effectively serves both domestic and international buyers and sellers in Naples’ luxury market.
