Justin B. Mazzara and Michael P. Lehnert named Partners at the Pavese Law Firm

FORT MYERS, Fla. – Attorneys Justin B. Mazzara and Michael P. Lehnert have been named partners at the Pavese Law Firm. Mazzara focuses his practice in the areas of complex business and commercial litigation involving real property, contractual disputes, construction, governmental affairs, partnership/shareholder disputes and employment/non-compete agreements. Mazzara was named a “Rising Star” by Florida Super Lawyers magazine in 2021.

Mazzara earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of West Florida and graduated cum laude from the University of Florida Levin College of Law with his Juris Doctor.

Lehnert concentrates his practice in the area of real estate law, including assisting property owners, lenders, and developers with commercial and residential development, acquisitions, financing, title and leasing.

Lehnert’s experience includes representation of a multi-state developer in the development, financing, leasing and sale of over 100 stores.  In 2020, Florida Super Lawyers named Michael a “Rising Star” in the field of Real Estate.

Lehnert earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida and graduated from the University of Florida Levin College of Law with his Juris Doctor.
