Karen Bournazos joins Gulf Coast International Properties

Karen Bournazos, Realtor, has joined Gulf Coast International Properties.

A native of Rye, NY, Bournazos made Naples her home in 2023. She earned her degree in business and finance from Hofstra University and went on to build a career in management with top firms including JP Morgan, UBS, Mitsubishi Trust and Banking, and Gabelli Asset Management. Ultimately, Bournazos discovered her true passion in real estate, becoming a dedicated professional in Rye, NY.

With vast experience in general contracting and investment homes, Bournazos has also completed several property renovations alongside her husband in Westchester County and Southampton, NY. Acting as her own general contractor, she collaborated with architects and builders, gaining deep knowledge of luxury home construction and interior design. Her keen eye for detail and design is reflected in the homes she has personally created.
