Karmen Keup Named Branch Manager of UBS Offices in Sarasota, Fort Myers and Bonita Springs

Fort Myers, Fla., August 5, 2020 – UBS announced today the promotion of Karmen Keup as Executive Director and Branch Manager of the Sarasota, Fort Myers and Bonita Springs branch offices within UBS Wealth Management USA.

With 20 years of wealth management experience at UBS, Karmen has served in several key client-facing positions, including Financial Advisor and Assistant Market Head of UBS Private Wealth Management (PWM) in Long Island, New Jersey, Stamford, Philadelphia, and Washington, D.C. In this role, she was responsible for growing the satellite offices to best serve UBS’s ultra-high net worth clients.

In her career at UBS, Karmen has spearheaded several initiatives. These include partnering with the Wharton Business School and the Columbia Business School to create Private Wealth Executive Education Programs; fostering initiatives to promote career growth, mentoring, and peer sharing for women at all levels of UBS; and playing an active role within the UBS Key Talent Project, which focuses on diversity and equality within the organization.

Recognized for strong management skills, Karmen was named in 2019 and 2020 as one of the UBS delegates at the MAKERS Conference, a global leadership event that brings together more than 600 influential people in finance, business, tech, and other industries to explore ways to accelerate women’s equality.

Karmen earned a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration (BSBA) in Marketing from the University of Denver, Daniels College of Business. She also completed Private Wealth Education Programs from the Wharton Business School and Columbia Business School.

Having recently moved from New York City, Karmen is looking forward to working within the Sarasota, Fort Myers, and Bonita Springs communities to help high-net-worth clients establish sound investment strategies and plans for financial success.
