King’s Coastal Home Watch earns fourth-year accreditation
King’s Coastal Home Watch has earned accreditation for its Home Watch services from the National Home Watch Association for the fourth year. The NHWA was formed in 2009 in order to establish and maintain the highest industry standards for Home Watch and absentee homeowner services throughout the United States and Canada (www.nationalhomewatchassociation.org). Home Watch is a visual inspection of a home or property, looking for obvious issues, which means that it is a service that “keeps an eye on things” at your vacation or primary home while you are not in residence. All principals of NHWA Accredited Member companies are background-checked, insured, and bonded.
Having grown up in the Metro Detroit area, owner Nicole King spent more than 20 years in the banking industry, establishing relationships with countless customers and fellow associates. In 2019, she started her own residential and commercial cleaning business. Her hard work, attention to detail, and customer-driven solutions quickly garnered her a flourishing enterprise, even during the COVID-19 pandemic. King moved her operations to Southwest Florida, where she started the Province Property Group. With her expertise in housekeeping, Home Watch, and concierge services, her ability to provide an all-encompassing solution for clients is second to none. In late 2024, the company name was changed to King’s Coastal Home Watch.
King is a graduate of the NHWA’s Home Watch Boot Camp and has earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional, which places her in the category of elite Home Watch providers in the industry. The CHWP designation and Boot Camp training exemplify King’s commitment to Home Watch excellence.
