KOVA Companies expands real estate capabilities through alignment with Lee & Associates

KOVA Companies is expanding its real estate services platform, combining its established property management, commercial real estate, and operational expertise with the brokerage platform and market strength of Lee & Associates. This evolution unites two highly respected real estate organizations to deliver an enhanced, fully integrated real estate platform for clients throughout Southwest Florida.
Under this expanded structure, commercial real estate brokerage services will continue to operate under the Lee & Associates platform, while property management services will continue to be delivered through KOVA Property Management. Together, the organizations will provide integrated capabilities across commercial brokerage, property management, asset management, and advisory services.
The expanded platform will be led by Anthony Emma, CEO of KOVA Companies, alongside the KOVA executive team. Jerry Messonnier, SIOR will continue in his role as Managing Broker and Principal of Lee & Associates, ensuring continuity of leadership and preserving the brokerage’s long-standing client-focused culture and market expertise. Together, KOVA Companies and Lee & Associates have more than 30 years of real estate experience in Southwest Florida.
