Kyle McEvoy joins team at Gulf Coast International Property

Gulf Coast International Properties announced Kyle McEvoy has joined the firm.

Originally from Wisconsin, McEvoy has called Naples home for the past five years and has been visiting the area with his family since birth. He is a proud graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a minor in Real Estate.

Before joining GCIP, McEvoy worked extensively in his family’s business gaining hands-on experience across multiple departments, from manufacturing to sales, and more. His background also includes retail experience focused on tailored communication and sales-driven customer service. Together, these roles shaped his strong work ethic, polished communication style, and business acumen.

Known for his proactive approach, attention to detail, and collaborative mindset, he brings adaptability, strong time-management abilities, and a genuine commitment to high-level client service. At GCIP, McEvoy will be immersing himself in the business while supporting a variety of tasks, from assisting team members to contributing to operations. With his innate knowledge of Naples, drive to excel, and dedication to mastering the profession, McEvoy is well-positioned to achieve great success both in the industry and at GCIP.
