Lakeside Storage Suites “Mancaves” accepting reservations

Due to the overwhelming success of the Island Storage Suites luxury storage facility, Allan Development Group in partnership with Hardy Development Group are bringing nearly 80,000 square feet of additional mancave-style storage units to Southwest Florida with Lakeside Storage Suites at ITEC. Phase one reservations are limited and are available for reservation now. 

The “Master of the Mancaves,” Scott Allan created the luxury storage facility on Old South Way in south Fort Myers that sold out in record time, selling 68 units in less than two years. Allan, president of Allan Development Group, said the surge of people moving to Florida from northern states includes owners of luxury possessions that most Florida homes do not accommodate because of smaller lots and limited garage and barn space. Another key driver of the record setting sales accomplishments is that the well-appointed units are in strategic locations around the city.

These recreational storage suites, currently selling for $185 per square foot, are customizable, temperature and humidity controlled. Lakeside Storage Suites are designed to keep owners’ prized possessions secure in a discreet location while also giving the unit owners a place to relax or host get-togethers outside of their homes. The luxury suites can be utilized as “car-condos” and are a perfect option for storing exotic and vintage cars, Class-A recreational vehicles, boats, recreational watercrafts, memorabilia or family heirlooms in style. 

For an additional investment, a second-story mezzanine space can be added for entertainment and relaxation purposes. The interior of the luxury storage suites can be customized to reflect the owner’s personal mancave or babe–cave style, as women have been expressing interest in having their own suites, which Allan is very excited about.
