Leadership Collier Foundation applications now open

The Leadership Collier Foundation, an affiliate of the Greater Naples Chamber, is excited to announce applications are now open for the 2027 class.

Leadership Collier is a transformational community leadership experience for both participants and the organizations they lead. Through hands-on experiences and exclusive behind-the-scenes sessions, participants fully explore local government, education, economic development, the arts and more.

“Leadership Collier develops informed, engaged leaders who are deeply connected to our community,” said Kristina Park, president and CEO of the Greater Naples Chamber. “By exploring the issues and opportunities impacting Collier County, participants gain the insight and perspective needed to lead with intention and drive positive change.”

Leadership Collier is designed for experienced leaders who want to significantly increase their impact on their organization and their community. The ideal Leadership Collier applicant is someone who lives and/or works in Collier County, has exhibited leadership within the community or within their company, and has a vision and commitment to continue their engagement in building a stronger Collier County.

Leadership Collier class members will hear from experienced area leaders who deal with our community’s biggest opportunities and challenges. With the benefit of new perspectives and connections, participants are prepared to be effective community leaders for a better future.

“Leadership Collier has been one of the most powerful experiences of my adult life,” said Lisa Kahn Allen, Leadership Collier class of 2021 alumna. “It opened the doors to the inner citadel of Collier County. I have fallen in love with our community all over again.”
